How long does shipping take?

Please allow up to two weeks to receive your original art and fine art prints. Orders in Western Australia could be quicker and take a week. If its going to get stretched on a frame please allow up to four weeks as it is custom made. If its going International please allow up to six weeks.

What if there is a size I want that is not listed?

Please contact Renee if you request a specific sized print, colour, material or original art piece for your wall space.

Is my art work covered by Insurance and is it packaged properly when shipped?

Insurance is covered on all orders. All artwork is packaged professionally. The stretched canvas prints and stretched original pieces of art will be ready to hang. Any products purchased on flat canvas will be posted in a tube.

What do I do if I want an original painting?

If you would love a personalised piece of art with a specific story, colours and size please contact me and I will send you a quote and all the information. If you accept the quote a 50% deposit is required, once the painting is completed the other 50% is required before shipping it to you. Your painting will be strung and ready to hang on the wall.

How does shipping work?

All purchases will be automatically charged at the checkout. The stamp duty is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
